Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 s 20
s 20 Confidentiality of adjudication
The adjudicator and any party to the dispute shall not disclose any statement, admission or document made or produced for the purposes of adjudication to another person except—
(a) with the consent of the other party;
(b) to the extent that the information is already in the public domain;
(c) to the extent that disclosure is necessary for the purposes of the enforcement of the adjudication decision or any proceedings in arbitration or the court; or
(d) to the extent that disclosure is required for any purpose under this Act or otherwise required in any written law.

Kerahsiaan adjudikasi
Adjudikator dan mana-mana pihak kepada pertikaian itu tidak boleh menzahirkan apa-apa pernyataan, pengakuan atau dokumen yang dibuat atau dikemukakan bagi maksud adjudikasi kepada orang lain kecuali—
(a) dengan persetujuan pihak yang satu lagi;
(b) setakat yang maklumat itu telah berada dalam domain awam;
(c) setakat yang penzahiran itu adalah perlu bagi maksud penguatkuasaan keputusan adjudikasi atau mana-mana prosiding dalam timbang tara atau mahkamah; atau
(d) setakat yang penzahiran itu dikehendaki bagi apa-apa maksud di bawah Akta ini atau selainnya dikehendaki dalam mana-mana undang-undang bertulis.
