Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 s 33
(1) In carrying out its functions under section 32, the KLRCA shall obtain policy directions from the Minister charged with the responsibility for legal affairs. (2) The Minister charged with the responsibility for legal affairs shall consult the Minister before making any policy directions on the functions of the KLRCA under section 32.
Arahan dasar
(1) Dalam menjalankan fungsinya di bawah seksyen 32, PTSKL hendaklah mendapatkan arahan dasar daripada Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi hal ehwal undang-undang. (2) Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi hal ehwal undang-undang hendaklah berunding dengan Menteri sebelum membuat apa-apa arahan dasar tentang fungsi PTSKL di bawah seksyen 32.
