Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 s 10
(1) Upon receiving the notice under section 9 from the accused the court shall conduct a hearing in camera. (2) The accused shall submit the sensitive information to the court. (3) The court shall view the sensitive information and decide on the relevancy of the sensitive information in the trial. (4) If the court decides that the sensitive information is relevant the court shall conduct the trial in camera.
Pendengaran mengenai penzahiran maklumat sensitif oleh tertuduh
(1) Apabila notis di bawah seksyen 9 diterima daripada tertuduh mahkamah hendaklah menjalankan pendengaran secara tertutup. (2) Tertuduh itu hendaklah mengemukakan maklumat sensitif itu kepada mahkamah. (3) Mahkamah hendaklah melihat maklumat sensitif itu dan memutuskan keberkaitan maklumat sensitif itu dalam perbicaraan. (4) Jika mahkamah memutuskan bahawa maklumat sensitif itu adalah berkaitan mahkamah hendaklah menjalankan perbicaraan secara tertutup.
