Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 s 22
Search list of all documents and things seized during a raid shall be admissible as evidence in court to prove the existence of the documents and things seized that were not produced in court due to the nature of the documents and things.
Senarai penggeledahan hendaklah diterima sebagai keterangan
Senarai penggeledahan semua dokumen dan benda yang disita semasa serbuan hendaklah boleh diterima sebagai keterangan di mahkamah untuk membuktikan kewujudan dokumen dan benda yang disita itu yang tidak dikemukakan di mahkamah oleh sebab sifat dokumen dan benda itu.
