Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 s 24

s 24 Admissibility of intercepted communication

Where a person is charged for a security offence, any information obtained through an interception of communication under section 6 shall be admissible as evidence at his trial and no person or police officer shall be under any duty, obligation or liability or be in any manner compelled to disclose in any proceedings the procedure, method, manner or any means or devices, or any matter whatsoever with regard to anything done under section 6.

Kebolehterimaan komunikasi yang dipintas

Jika seseorang dipertuduh atas suatu kesalahan keselamatan, apa-apa maklumat yang diperoleh melalui pemintasan komunikasi di bawah seksyen 6 hendaklah boleh diterima sebagai keterangan semasa perbicaraannya dan tiada seorang pun atau pegawai polis berada di bawah apa-apa kewajipan, obligasi atau liabiliti atau dengan apa-apa cara boleh dipaksa untuk menzahirkan dalam apa-apa prosiding tatacara, kaedah, cara atau apa-apa jalan atau peranti, atau apa-apa perkara jua pun mengenai apa-apa perkara yang dilakukan di bawah seksyen 6.
