s 32 Repeal and savings
(1) The Internal Security Act 1960 [Act 82] is repealed.
(2) The repeal of the Internal Security Act 1960 shall not affect—
(a) any order issued or made under the repealed Act prior to the date of coming into operation of this Act, unless earlier revoked by the Minister; and
(b) any action or proceedings taken under the repealed Act prior to the date of coming into operation of this Act.

(f) to report to the nearest police station for removal of the device;

(h) to submit to procedures required by the police officer;
(i) to maintain the device as instructed by the police officer;
(j) to comply with any directions of the police officer;
(k) to comply with any other conditions as the court may determine.
9. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions is an offence under subsection 7(6) of this Act.

(1) Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri 1960 [Akta 82] dimansuhkan.
(2) Pemansuhan Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri 1960 tidaklah menjejaskan—
(a) apa-apa perintah yang dikeluarkan atau dibuat di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan itu sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, melainkan jika dibatalkan terlebih dahulu oleh Menteri; dan
(b) apa-apa tindakan atau prosiding yang diambil di bawah Akta yang dimansuhkan itu sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.

(i) untuk menyenggara peranti sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh pegawai polis;
(j) untuk mematuhi apa-apa arahan pegawai polis;
(k) untuk mematuhi apa-apa syarat lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh mahkamah.
9. Ketidakpatuhan terma-terma dan syarat-syarat ini merupakan suatu kesalahan di bawah subseksyen 7(6) Akta ini.
