s 34 Continuance of act and action

Any act done or action taken by the Director General or any Director prior to the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken, and may be accordingly continued by the Director General or Director, under this Act. LAWS OF MALAYSIA

Apa-apa perbuatan yang dibuat atau tindakan yang diambil oleh Ketua Pengarah atau mana-mana Pengarah sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini hendaklah disifatkan telah dibuat atau diambil, dan boleh diteruskan dengan sewajarnya oleh Ketua Pengarah atau Pengarah itu, di bawah Akta ini.
