(1) For the purpose of exercising the duty under paragraph 5(1)(b), the officer and member of RELA may divert any motor vehicle on a road, street and any place to which the public have access. (2) In exercising the powers under subsection (1), the officer and member of RELA shall be under the command of the police officer or traffic warden, as the case may be, who is present at the place.
Kuasa untuk mengawal dan mengubah haluan kenderaan motor
(1) Bagi maksud menjalankan tugas di bawah perenggan 5(1)(b), pegawai dan anggota RELA boleh mengubah haluan apa-apa kenderaan motor di atas jalan raya, jalan dan mana-mana tempat yang orang ramai mempunyai akses kepadanya. (2) Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen (1), pegawai dan anggota RELA hendaklah berada di bawah perintah pegawai polis atau warden lalu lintas, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, yang berada di tempat itu.
