s 9 Period of membership

(1) The period of enrolment for every member of RELA shall be five years from the date of his enrolment and the Director General or an officer authorized by him may extend the period of enrolment. (2) A member whose period of enrolment is not extended shall have his name placed on a reserve list.

Tempoh keanggotaan

(1) Tempoh pendaftaran bagi tiap-tiap anggota RELA adalah lima tahun dari tarikh pendaftarannya dan Ketua Pengarah atau seorang pegawai yang diberi kuasa olehnya boleh melanjutkan tempoh pendaftaran itu. (2) Nama seorang anggota yang tempoh pendaftarannya tidak dilanjutkan hendaklah diletakkan dalam senarai simpan. Undang-Undang Malaysia AKTA 752
