International Transfer of Prisoners Act 2012 s 20
(1) The Minister may, as he deems fit, delegate to a fit and proper person any of his powers under this Act except the power of delegation under this section. (2) A delegation under this section shall not preclude the Minister himself from exercising at any time any of the powers so delegated.
Pewakilan
(1) Menteri boleh, sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut olehnya, mewakilkan kepada seseorang yang layak dan sesuai mana-mana kuasanya di bawah Akta ini kecuali kuasa pewakilan di bawah seksyen ini. (2) Suatu pewakilan di bawah seksyen ini tidak menghalang Menteri sendiri daripada menjalankan mana-mana kuasa yang diwakilkan sedemikian pada bila-bila masa.
