s 129 List of things seized
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), where any book, register, document or other record is seized under this Part, the seizing officer shall as soon as practicable prepare a list of the things seized and of the places in which they are respectively found and deliver a copy of the list signed by him to the occupier of the premises which has been searched, or to his agent or servant, at the premises.
(2) Where the premises are unoccupied, the seizing officer shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously on the premises.

Senarai benda yang disita
(1) Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam subseksyen (2), jika apa-apa buku, daftar, dokumen atau rekod lain disita di bawah Bahagian ini, pegawai yang menyita hendaklah dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan menyediakan suatu senarai benda yang disita dan mengenai tempat di mana buku, daftar, dokumen atau rekod lain itu masing-masing dijumpai dan menyerahkan suatu salinan senarai itu yang ditandatangani olehnya kepada penghuni premis yang telah digeledah, atau kepada ejen atau pekhidmatnya, di premis itu.
(2) Jika premis itu tidak berpenghuni, pegawai yang menyita itu hendaklah bilamana mungkin menampalkan senarai benda yang disita itu di tempat yang mudah dilihat di premis itu.
