Strata Management Act 2013 s 141
Where provision is made by or under this Act for the imposition of a daily penalty in respect of a continuing offence— (a) the court by which a person is convicted of the original offence may fix a reasonable period from the date of conviction for the person to comply with any direction given by the court; and (b) where the court has fixed such period, the daily penalty is not recoverable in respect of any day before the period expires.
Kesalahan berterusan
Jika peruntukan dibuat oleh atau di bawah Akta ini bagi pengenaan suatu penalti harian berkenaan dengan suatu kesalahan berterusan— (a) mahkamah yang olehnya seseorang itu disabitkan atas kesalahan asal boleh menetapkan suatu tempoh yang munasabah dari tarikh sabitan bagi orang itu untuk mematuhi apa-apa arahan yang diberikan oleh mahkamah; dan (b) jika mahkamah telah menetapkan tempoh itu, penalti harian tidak boleh didapatkan berkenaan dengan manamana hari sebelum tempoh itu habis.
