s 181 Bridge institution authorized to carry on business
(1) Upon its designation as such, and for so long as the designation continues, a bridge institution shall be deemed to be licensed to carry on the business of the licensed person whose business, assets or liabilities have been vested in the bridge institution.
(2) The Bank may exempt the bridge institution from such requirements, or grant such approvals, under this Act as may be necessary to facilitate the carrying on of its licensed business.

Institusi perantaraan diberi kuasa untuk menjalankan perniagaan
(1) Apabila ia dinamakan sedemikan, dan selama mana penamaan itu berterusan, institusi perantaraan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai dilesenkan untuk menjalankan perniagaan orang berlesen itu yang perniagaan, aset atau liabilitinya telah diletak hak dalam institusi perantaraan itu.
(2) Bank boleh mengecualikan institusi perantaraan itu daripada apa-apa kehendak, atau memberikan apa-apa kelulusan, di bawah Akta ini sebagaimana perlu bagi memudahkan penjalanan perniagaan berlesennya.
