s 183 Stay in respect of bridge institution
During the period of ninety days following the designation of a bridge institution—
(a) no action, suit or proceeding in any court or tribunal, may be commenced or continued against the bridge institution or in respect of its assets;
(b) no attachment, garnishment, execution or other method of enforcement of a judgement, award or order against the bridge institution or its assets may take place or continue; and
(c) no creditor of the bridge institution has any remedy against the bridge institution or its assets.

Penangguhan berkenaan dengan institusi perantaraan
Semasa tempoh sembilan puluh hari berikutan penamaan institusi perantaraan—
(a) tiada tindakan, guaman atau prosiding dalam mana-mana mahkamah atau tribunal, boleh dimulakan atau diteruskan terhadap institusi perantaraan itu atau berkenaan dengan asetnya;
(b) tiada penahanan, garnisan, pelaksanaan atau kaedah lain bagi menguatkuasakan suatu penghakiman, award atau perintah terhadap institusi perantaraan itu atau asetnya boleh dibuat atau diteruskan; dan
(c) tiada pemiutang institusi perantaraan itu mempunyai apa-apa remedi terhadap institusi perantaraan itu atau asetnya.
