Financial Services Act 2013 s 192
The provisions of the Companies Act 1965 in relation to the winding up of companies shall apply to the winding up of an institution, unless specifically provided otherwise in this Division.

Peruntukan Akta Syarikat 1965 berhubungan dengan penggulungan syarikat hendaklah terpakai bagi penggulungan institusi, melainkan jika diperuntukkan secara khusus selainnya dalam Penggal ini.
