Financial Services Act 2013 s 235
To the extent that any of the amount paid under paragraph 234(3)(e) or subsection 234(10) has not been distributed by the person in breach after reasonable efforts to notify the aggrieved persons have failed due to the difficulty of notifying the aggrieved persons, such amount shall be lodged with the Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys in accordance with the provisions of the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965 [Act 370].
Menyerah simpan amaun yang tidak diagihkan dengan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut
Setakat apa-apa amaun yang dibayar di bawah perenggan 234(3)(e) atau subseksyen 234(10) yang tidak dapat diagihkan oleh orang yang mungkir selepas usaha yang munasabah untuk memberitahu orang yang terkilan gagal oleh sebab kesulitan memberitahu orang yang terkilan, amaun itu hendaklah diserah simpan dengan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut mengikut peruntukan Akta Wang Tak Dituntut 1965 [Akta 370].
