Financial Services Act 2013 s 244
Where the Bank makes an application for an order under subsection 240(1) or 241(1), the court shall not, as a condition of the grant of the order, require any undertaking as to damages to be given by or on behalf of the Bank.
Tiada aku janji tentang ganti rugi
Jika Bank membuat suatu permohonan bagi suatu perintah di bawah subseksyen 240(1) atau 241(1), mahkamah tidak boleh, sebagai suatu syarat bagi perintah itu diberikan, menghendaki apa-apa aku janji tentang ganti rugi yang kena diberikan oleh atau bagi pihak Bank.
