s 39 Revocation of certificate of finality
The Bank may, with the concurrence of the Minister, by an order published in the Gazette, revoke a certificate of finality if the Bank is of the opinion that—
(a) any of the criteria specified in section 38 is no longer met; or
(b) the operator of the certified designated payment system has breached or contravened any provision of this Act.

Pembatalan sijil kemuktamadan
Bank boleh, dengan persetujuan Menteri, melalui suatu perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, membatalkan sijil kemuktamadan sekiranya pada pendapat Bank bahawa—
(a) mana-mana kriteria yang ditentukan dalam seksyen 38 tidak lagi dipenuhi; atau
(b) pengendali sistem pembayaran yang ditetapkan terperaku telah mungkir atau melanggar mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
