Financial Services Act 2013 s 62
An institution shall notify the Bank in writing of the fact that a person has ceased to be its chairman, director, chief executive officer, senior officer or financial adviser’s representative, as the case may be, pursuant to this Division or under any other circumstances and of the reasons for the cessation within seven days from the date of such cessation.
Notis pemberhentian daripada jawatan
Institusi hendaklah memberitahu Bank secara bertulis hakikat bahawa seseorang itu telah terhenti menjadi pengerusinya, pengarahnya, ketua pegawai eksekutifnya, pegawai kanannya atau wakil penasihat kewangannya, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, menurut Penggal ini atau di bawah mana-mana hal keadaan lain dan sebab bagi pemberhentian itu dalam tempoh tujuh hari dari tarikh pemberhentian itu.
