Financial Services Act 2013 s 70
Where during the course of an audit on an institution, an auditor appointed under section 67 or 68 has ceased to be an auditor of an institution, the auditor shall notify the Bank in writing of that fact and the reasons of such cessation within seven days from the date of such cessation.
Notis pemberhentian sebagai juruaudit
Jika semasa audit dijalankan atas institusi juruaudit yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 67 atau 68 telah terhenti menjadi juruaudit institusi itu, juruaudit itu hendaklah memberitahu Bank secara bertulis mengenai hakikat itu dan sebab pemberhentian dalam tempoh tujuh hari dari tarikh pemberhentian itu.
