Financial Services Act 2013 s 77
A person shall cease to be the appointed actuary of a licensed insurer if— (a) such person resigns from office; (b) the licensed insurer terminates his appointment; or (c) such person, in the opinion of the Bank, no longer meets the requirements or cease to have the qualifications as may be specified by the Bank under subsection 74(2).
Pemberhentian sebagai aktuari yang dilantik
Seseorang itu hendaklah terhenti menjadi aktuari yang dilantik bagi penanggung insurans berlesen sekiranya— (a) orang itu telah meletak jawatan; (b) penanggung insurans berlesen itu menamatkan pelantikannya; atau (c) orang itu, pada pendapat Bank, tidak lagi memenuhi kehendak atau tidak lagi mempunyai kelayakan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Bank di bawah subseksyen 74(2).
