Every person who unlawfflly shoots kills or takes an immature protected Wild animal or an immature protected wild life. wild bird is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be lable to a fine not exceeding one thousand seven hundred (suigget (dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding fifteen Aef l60 months or to both.
