Every person who unlawiully takes or damages or or egg of destroys the nest or egg of a protected wild animal or a wild life. rotected wild bird is gullty of an ottence, ana shalo onviction be liable to a fine not exceeding tweive hündre 'suicgit (sollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding wree Aet 160 grantho or to both.
