Every person who-
(a) unawuly shots kills or takes a wild animal or a penaly
(b) unlawtully takes or damages or destroys the nest or aa a wild bird in a wild life sanctuary; egg of a wild animal or a wild bird in a wild
(c)life sanctuary; or in a wild is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable (in sanctuary, A4697 oftencej to a tine not excpeninty,froygesd/ otlay ot to d ruiggit a term of imprisonment not exceeding six menths or to both.
