s 73

(1) Every person who- (a) unlawfully shoots kills or takes a wild animal or a penalty where wild bird in a wild life reserve; or person (b) unlawfully takes or damages or destroys the nest damages etc. nest or or egg of a wild animal or a wild bird in a wild life egg of reserve, / in a wild life reserve. is gullty of an ofience and shall on conviction be liable 2 ruiggif (2) For the purposes of this section any licensed hunter who enters a wild 'life reserve without a permit authorizing him to do so and commits either of the acts described in subsection (1) shall be deemed to be guilty of an offence pursuant to that subsection.
