s 132 Vacation of office and acting appointments
(1) The office of any member of the Tribunal shall be vacated upon—
(a) his death;
(b) his resignation from office by giving notice in writing; or
(c) expiry of his term of appointment.
(2) The Minister shall appoint any person in accordance with section 128 to replace the Chairman, any Deputy Chairman or any other member during the vacancy in the office of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman or the other member.
(3) The exercise of the powers or the performance of the functions of the Tribunal is not affected only because of there being a vacancy in the membership of the Tribunal.

Pengosongan jawatan dan pelantikan pemangkuan
(1) Jawatan mana-mana anggota Tribunal hendaklah menjadi kosong dengan—
(a) kematiannya;
(b) peletakan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis secara bertulis; atau
(c) habisnya tempoh pelantikannya.
(2) Menteri hendaklah melantik mana-mana orang mengikut seksyen 128 untuk menggantikan Pengerusi, mana-mana Timbalan Pengerusi atau mana-mana anggota yang lain semasa kekosongan jawatan Pengerusi, Timbalan Pengerusi atau anggota yang lain itu.
(3) Penjalanan kuasa atau pelaksanaan fungsi Tribunal tidaklah terjejas hanya kerana terdapat kekosongan dalam keanggotaan Tribunal itu.
