(1) The Board shall consist of the following members:
(a) the Secretary General of the Ministry responsible for education as Chairman;
(b) the Director General of Education;
(c) a representative of the Ministry of Finance;
(d) an Education Service Officer who is serving at the Ministry responsible for education who shall be appointed by the Minister;
(e) a public servant other than an Education Service Officer who shall be appointed by the Minister;
(f) an Education Service Officer who has retired who shall be appointed by the Minister; and
(g) three other persons who have the expertise and experience in finance or investment who shall be appointed by the Minister.
(2) The provisions of the Schedule shall apply to the members of the Board.
(3) The Minister may amend the Schedule by order published in the Gazette.

Keanggotaan Lembaga
(1) Lembaga hendaklah terdiri daripada anggota yang berikut:
(a) Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian yang bertanggungjawab bagi pendidikan sebagai Pengerusi;
(b) Ketua Pengarah Pendidikan;
(c) seorang wakil Kementerian Kewangan;
(d) seorang Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan yang sedang berkhidmat di Kementerian yang bertanggungjawab bagi pendidikan yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri;
(e) seorang pekhidmat awam selain Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri;
(f) seorang Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan yang telah bersara yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri; dan
(g) tiga orang lain yang mempunyai kepakaran dan pengalaman dalam hal kewangan atau pelaburan yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri.
(2) Peruntukan Jadual hendaklah terpakai bagi anggota Lembaga.
(3) Menteri boleh meminda Jadual melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta.
