Yayasan Guru Tun Hussein Onn Act 2014 s 35

s 35 Public servant

All members of the Board and of any its committees, and employees and agents of the Yayasan, while discharging their duties under this Act as such members, employees or agents, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

S e m u a a n g g o t a L e m b a g a d a n a n g g o t a m a n a - m a n a jawatankuasanya, dan pekerja dan ejen Yayasan, semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka di bawah Akta ini sebagai anggota, pekerja atau ejen sedemikian, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
