Yayasan Guru Tun Hussein Onn Act 2014 s 45
Any person who is employed as employees of the dissolved Kumpulan Wang immediately before the appointed date may continue to serve as the employees of the Yayasan as if those persons had been appointed under section 21 of this Act.
Keberterusan pekerja
Mana-mana orang yang diambil khidmat sebagai pekerja Kumpulan Wang dibubarkan sebaik sebelum hari ditetapkan boleh terus berkhidmat sebagai pekerja Yayasan seolah-olah orang itu telah dilantik di bawah seksyen 21 Akta ini.
