The Yayasan may establish companies under the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125] to carry on any activity of the Yayasan in the performance of its functions and in the exercise of its powers.

Yayasan boleh menubuhkan syarikat di bawah Akta Syarikat 1965 [Akta 125] untuk menjalankan apa-apa aktiviti Yayasan dalam melaksanakan fungsinya dan pada menjalankan kuasanya.
