Netting of Financial Agreements Act 2015 s 4

s 4 Form of financial collateral

The application of this Act in relation to financial collateral shall only extend to financial collateral provided in the form of— (a) cash or cash equivalents, including negotiable instruments and demand deposits; (b) securities, a securities account or a right to acquire securities; or (c) futures agreement or futures account.

Bentuk cagaran kewangan

Pemakaian Akta ini berhubung dengan cagaran kewangan hendaklah hanya meliputi cagaran kewangan yang diberikan dalam bentuk— (a) wang tunai atau yang bersamaan dengan wang tunai, termasuk surat cara boleh niaga dan deposit permintaan; (b) sekuriti, akaun sekuriti atau hak untuk memperoleh sekuriti; atau (c) perjanjian niaga hadapan atau akaun niaga hadapan.
