Netting of Financial Agreements Act 2015 s 8

s 8 Continued application of relevant provisions in other written laws

Except as provided in this Act, nothing in this Act shall affect the continued application of the provisions specified in Part III of the Schedule with respect to qualified financial agreements.

Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam Akta ini, tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh menyentuh penerusan pemakaian peruntukan yang dinyatakan dalam Bahagian III Jadual berkenaan dengan perjanjian kewangan yang layak.
