Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 31
Subject to section 30, the Board shall determine its own financial procedure and may adopt with such modifications as it deems fit any regulations, rules, policies, circulars and directives made or issued by the Government on financial procedure.
Tatacara kewangan
Tertakluk kepada seksyen 30, Lembaga hendaklah menentukan tatacara kewangannya sendiri dan boleh menerima pakai dengan apaapa ubah suaian yang difikirkannya patut apa-apa peraturan-peraturan, kaedah-kaedah, dasar, pekeliling dan arahan yang dibuat atau dikeluarkan oleh Kerajaan mengenai tatacara kewangan.
