Public Sector Home Financing Board Act 2015 s 6
The functions of the Board are— (a) to manage the Fund and to administer the public sector home financing facility in accordance with the provisions of this Act; (b) to advise the Minister on matters relating to the public sector home financing facility; and (c) to do such other things as may be required or permitted to do under this Act.
Fungsi Lembaga
Fungsi Lembaga adalah— (a) untuk menguruskan Kumpulan Wang dan mentadbir kemudahan pembiayaan perumahan sektor awam mengikut peruntukan Akta ini; (b) untuk menasihati Menteri tentang perkara yang berhubungan dengan kemudahan pembiayaan perumahan sektor awam; dan (c) untuk melakukan apa-apa perkara lain sebagaimana yang dikehendaki atau dibenarkan dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
