s 13 Vacation of office
The office of a member of the Board shall be vacated—
(a) if he dies;
(b) if there has been proved against him, or he has been convicted of, a charge in respect of—
(i) an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude;
(ii) an offence under any law relating to corruption; or
(iii) any other offence punishable with imprisonment (in itself only or in addition to or in lieu of a fine) of more than two years;
(c) if he becomes a bankrupt;
(d) if he is of unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties;
(e) in the case of the President, if he absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Board without leave in writing from the Minister;
(f) in the case of a member of the Board other than the President, if he absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Board without leave in writing from the President;
(g) if his resignation is accepted by the Minister; or
(h) if his appointment is revoked by the Minister.

Pengosongan jawatan
Jawatan seseorang anggota Lembaga hendaklah menjadi kosong—
(a) jika dia meninggal dunia;
(b) jika telah dibuktikan terhadapnya, atau dia telah disabitkan atas, suatu pertuduhan berkenaan dengan—
(i) suatu kesalahan yang melibatkan fraud, kecurangan atau keburukan akhlak;
(ii) suatu kesalahan di bawah mana-mana undangundang yang berhubungan dengan rasuah; atau
(iii) apa-apa kesalahan lain yang boleh dihukum dengan pemenjaraan (sama ada pemenjaraan sahaja atau sebagai tambahan kepada atau sebagai ganti denda) selama lebih daripada dua tahun;
(c) jika dia menjadi bankrap;
(d) jika dia tidak sempurna akal atau selainnya tidak berupaya menunaikan kewajipannya;
(e) dalam hal Presiden, jika dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Lembaga tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran secara bertulis daripada Menteri;
(f) dalam hal seseorang anggota Lembaga selain Presiden, jika dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Lembaga tiga kali berturutturut tanpa kebenaran secara bertulis daripada Presiden;
(g) jika peletakan jawatannya diterima oleh Menteri; atau
(h) jika pelantikannya dibatalkan oleh Menteri.
