Prevention of Terrorism Act 2015 s 20
(1) The Board may by order direct the removal from any place of detention to another place of detention to be specified in such order of any person detained under subsection 13(1), or under subsection 17(1), to be there detained for the whole or any part of such period for which it has been ordered that such person shall be detained. (2) Any person who is in the course of removal under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be in lawful custody.
Kuasa untuk memerintahkan pemindahan
(1) Lembaga boleh dengan perintah mengarahkan pemindahan mana-mana orang yang ditahan di bawah subseksyen 13(1), atau di bawah subseksyen 17(1), dari mana-mana tempat tahanan ke suatu tempat tahanan yang lain yang dinyatakan dalam perintah itu, untuk ditahan di tempat itu bagi seluruh atau mana-mana bahagian tempoh yang telah diperintahkan supaya orang itu ditahan. (2) Mana-mana orang yang sedang dipindahkan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disifatkan berada dalam jagaan yang sah.
