s 24 Registered person not to consort with other registered persons
(1) No registered person shall consort or habitually associate with any other registered person without the permission of the Officer in Charge of the Police District in which he resides, unless he shall prove that he did not know and had no reason to suspect that such other person was a registered person.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section commits an offence and shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years and not less than five years.

Orang berdaftar tidak boleh bergaul dengan orang berdaftar lain
(1) Tiada seorang pun orang berdaftar boleh bergaul dengan atau secara lazimnya berkawan dengan mana-mana orang berdaftar lain tanpa kebenaran Ketua Polis Daerah di mana dia bermastautin, melainkan jika dia membuktikan bahawa dia tidak tahu dan tidak mempunyai sebab untuk mengesyaki bahawa orang lain itu ialah orang berdaftar.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar peruntukan seksyen ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan hendaklah dihukum dengan pemenjaraan selama tempoh yang tidak melebihi lima belas tahun dan tidak kurang daripada lima tahun.
