s 94C Appointment or authorization of other investigating officers
Notwithstanding sections 94A and 94B, any member of the armed forces may be appointed or authorized by the competent authority to investigate any offence under this Act.

Walau apa pun peruntukan seksyen 94A dan 94B, mana-mana anggota angkatan tentera boleh dilantik atau diberi kuasa oleh pihak berkuasa yang layak untuk menyiasat apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
