s 100 Savings for licences and permits
(1) Every person who, before the appointed date, held a valid licence or permit issued to him under the Civil Aviation Act 1969 or the Civil Aviation Regulations 1996, or any air traffic right allocated to him for domestic or international service by the Ministry of Transport, shall continue to be authorized under this Act until the expiry date of the licence, permit or right and subject to the terms and conditions attached to the licence, permit or right.
(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed to extend the term or duration of a licence, permit or right specified in subsection (1) beyond the date of its expiry.
(3) The Commission may alter the terms and conditions attached to the licence, permit or right authorized under subsection (1) for the purpose of bringing them into conformity with the policy of the Commission regarding the imposition of conditions on licensing and permit under this Act.
(4) The provisions of this Act relating to the cancellation of licences, permits or right shall apply to all persons deemed under subsection (1) to be authorized under this Act.

Kecualian bagi lesen dan permit
(1) Tiap-tiap orang yang, sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan, memegang suatu lesen atau permit yang sah yang dikeluarkan kepadanya di bawah Akta Penerbangan Awam 1969 atau Peraturan- Peraturan Penerbangan Awam 1996, atau apa-apa hak trafik udara yang diuntukkan kepadanya bagi perkhidmatan domestik atau antarabangsa oleh Kementerian Pengangkutan, hendaklah terus diberi kuasa di bawah Akta ini sehingga tarikh habis tempoh lesen, permit atau hak itu dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang dikaitkan dengan lesen, permit atau hak itu.
(2) Tiada apa pun dalam seksyen ini boleh ditafsirkan sebagai melanjutkan tempoh atau jangka masa lesen, permit atau hak yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen (1) melampaui tarikh habis tempohnya.
(3) Suruhanjaya boleh mengubah terma dan syarat yang dikaitkan dengan lesen, permit atau hak yang diberi kuasa di bawah subseksyen (1) bagi maksud menyelaraskan lesen, permit atau hak itu dengan dasar Suruhanjaya berkenaan dengan pengenaan syarat mengenai pelesenan dan permit di bawah Akta ini.
(4) Peruntukan Akta ini yang berhubungan dengan pembatalan lesen, permit atau hak hendaklah terpakai bagi semua orang yang disifatkan di bawah subseksyen (1) sebagai diberi kuasa di bawah Akta ini.
