s 102 Continuance of pending applications, etc.
(1) All applications, approvals or decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pertaining to matters under this Act, pending before the Minister or the Director General of Civil Aviation under the Civil Aviation Act 1969 or Civil Aviation Regulations 1996, shall on the appointed date be dealt with by the Commission under this Act.
(2) All instruments, certificates or documents pertaining to matters under this Act lodged with the Minister or the Director General of Civil Aviation under the Civil Aviation Act 1969 or Civil Aviation Regulations 1996 before the appointed date shall on the appointed date be lodged with the Commission.

Penerusan permohonan, dsb., yang belum selesai
(1) Semua permohonan, kelulusan atau keputusan, atas rayuan atau selainnya, berkaitan dengan perkara di bawah Akta ini, yang belum selesai di hadapan Menteri atau Ketua Pengarah Penerbangan Awam di bawah Akta Penerbangan Awam 1969 atau Peraturan-Peraturan Penerbangan Awam 1996, hendaklah pada tarikh yang ditetapkan diuruskan oleh Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Semua surat cara, perakuan atau dokumen yang berkaitan dengan perkara di bawah Akta ini yang diserah simpan dengan Menteri atau Ketua Pengarah Penerbangan Awam di bawah Akta Penerbangan Awam 1969 atau Peraturan-Peraturan Penerbangan Awam 1996 sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan hendaklah pada tarikh yang ditetapkan diserah simpan dengan Suruhanjaya.
