Where any person ceases to be a member of the Commission— (a) another person shall be appointed in his place in accordance with the provisions applying; and (b) he shall not, within two years from the cessation of his membership, enter into any contract of service or carry out or be involved in any business or other activity carried on for the purpose of gain, in or relating to, aviation services.
Kesan pemberhentian keanggotaan
Jika mana-mana orang terhenti daripada menjadi anggota Suruhanjaya― (a) seseorang lain hendaklah dilantik untuk mengambil tempatnya mengikut peruntukan yang terpakai; dan (b) dia tidak boleh, dalam masa dua tahun dari pemberhentian keanggotaannya, membuat apa-apa kontrak perkhidmatan atau menjalankan atau terlibat dalam apa-apa perniagaan atau aktiviti lain yang dijalankan bagi maksud keuntungan, dalam atau yang berhubungan dengan, perkhidmatan penerbangan.
