The moneys of the Fund, insofar as they are not required to be expended by the Commission under this Act, may be placed in such capital-guaranteed investments as the Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, approve.
Pelaburan
Wang dalam Kumpulan Wang, setakat wang itu tidak diperlukan untuk dibelanjakan oleh Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta ini, boleh diletakkan dalam mana-mana pelaburan modal terjamin sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Menteri, dengan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan.
