s 34 Accounts and reports
(1) The Commission shall cause proper accounts of the Fund and the Public Service Fund and reports of its activities to be kept and shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be prepared for that financial year—
(a) a statement of accounts of the Commission which shall include the balance sheet and account of income and expenditure; and
(b) a report of its activities.
(2) The Commission shall, as soon as possible, send a copy of the statement of accounts certified by the auditors, a copy of the auditors’ report and a copy of the reports of its activities to the Minister and the Minister shall cause the same to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
(3) The Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Commission.

Akaun dan laporan
(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyebabkan akaun yang sepatutnya bagi Kumpulan Wang dan Kumpulan Wang Perkhidmatan Awam dan laporan aktivitinya disimpan dan hendaklah, dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas berakhirnya setiap tahun kewangan, menyebabkan supaya disediakan bagi tahun kewangan itu―
(a) suatu penyata akaun Suruhanjaya yang hendaklah mengandungi kunci kira-kira dan akaun pendapatan dan perbelanjaan; dan
(b) suatu laporan aktivitinya.
(2) Suruhanjaya hendaklah, seberapa segera yang mungkin, menghantar suatu salinan penyata akaun yang diperakui oleh juruaudit, suatu salinan laporan juruaudit dan suatu salinan laporan aktivitinya
kepada Menteri dan Menteri hendaklah menyebabkan penyata dan laporan itu dibentangkan di hadapan kedua-dua Majlis Parlimen.
(3) Akta Badan Berkanun (Akaun dan Laporan Tahunan) 1980 [Akta 240] hendaklah terpakai bagi Suruhanjaya.
