Animal Welfare Act 2015 s 1
(1) This Act may be cited as the Animal Welfare Act 2015. (2) This Act applies to Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal Territory of Labuan. (3) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.
Tajuk ringkas, pemakaian dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Kebajikan Haiwan 2015. (2) Akta ini terpakai bagi Semenanjung Malaysia dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. (3) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
