Animal Welfare Act 2015 s 50

s 50 Second or subsequent offence

Any person guilty for a second or subsequent similar offence under this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not more than twice the original sum of fine for that offence or to imprisonment for a term not less than three months.

Kesalahan kedua atau berikutnya

Mana-mana orang yang bersalah untuk kali kedua atau berikutnya atas kesalahan yang sama di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak lebih daripada dua kali jumlah denda asal untuk kesalahan itu atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak kurang daripada tiga bulan.
