Animal Welfare Act 2015 s 57
(1) The Minister may make any order as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) Any person who fails to comply with any written order issued by the Minister commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than ten thousand ringgit and not more than fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not more than one year or to both.
Kegagalan mematuhi perintah yang sah
(1) Menteri boleh membuat apa-apa perintah yang suai manfaat atau perlu bagi maksud melaksanakan peruntukan Akta dengan lebih baik. (2) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi apa-apa perintah bertulis yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak kurang daripada sepuluh ribu ringgit dan tidak lebih daripada lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak lebih daripada satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
