s 45 Power to make regulations
(1) The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations as may be necessary or expedient for giving full effect or the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), such regulations may prescribe—
(a) the procedure for the keeping of the Register, the form and contents of the Register;
(b) the amount of fees and charges in respect of any matter under this Act;
(c) any matter relating to disciplinary proceedings and for the carrying out of the disciplinary authority of the Council, and any other matters incidental thereto; and
(d) any other matter to be prescribed under this Act.

Kuasa untuk membuat peraturan-peraturan
(1) Majlis boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang perlu atau suai manfaat bagi memberikan kuat kuasa sepenuhnya atau bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini dengan lebih baik.
(2) Tanpa menjejaskan keluasan subseksyen (1), peraturan-peraturan itu boleh menetapkan—
(a) tatacara bagi penyimpanan Daftar, bentuk dan kandungan Daftar;
(b) amaun fi dan caj berkenaan dengan apa-apa perkara di bawah Akta ini;
(c) apa-apa perkara yang berhubungan dengan prosiding tatatertib dan bagi penjalanan kuasa tatatertib Majlis, dan apa-apa perkara lain yang bersampingan dengannya; dan
(d) apa-apa perkara lain yang dikehendaki ditetapkan di bawah Akta ini.
