s 8 Committees
(1) The Council may establish any committee as the Council considers necessary or expedient to assist the Council in the performance of its functions or in the exercise of its powers.
(2) A committee established under subsection (1)—
(a) shall be chaired by any registered practitioner appointed by the Council;
(b) shall be subject to, and act in accordance with, any direction given to committee by the Council; and
(c) shall conform to any procedure determined by the Council.
(3) Members of a committee may be appointed from amongst the members of the Council or such other persons as the Council thinks fit.
(4) A member of a committee shall hold office for such term as the Council may specify in his letter of appointment and shall be eligible for reappointment.
(5) The Council may, at any time, revoke the appointment of any member of a committee who is not a member of the Council.
(6) A member of a committee who is not a member of the Council may, at any time, resign by giving a notice in writing to the chairman of the committee.
(7) The Council may, at any time, discontinue or alter the composition of a committee.

Jawatankuasa
(1) Majlis boleh menubuhkan apa-apa jawatankuasa yang difikirkan oleh Majlis perlu atau suai manfaat untuk membantu Majlis melaksanakan fungsinya atau menjalankan kuasanya.
(2) Sesuatu jawatankuasa yang ditubuhkan di bawah subseksyen (1)—
(a) hendaklah dipengerusikan oleh mana-mana pengamal berdaftar yang dilantik oleh Majlis;
(b) hendaklah tertakluk kepada, dan bertindak mengikut, apa-apa arahan yang diberikan kepadanya oleh Majlis; dan
(c) hendaklah menepati mana-mana tatacara yang ditentukan oleh Majlis.
(3) Anggota jawatankuasa boleh dilantik daripada kalangan anggota Majlis atau mana-mana orang lain yang difikirkan layak oleh Majlis.
(4) Seseorang anggota jawatankuasa hendaklah memegang jawatan selama apa-apa tempoh yang dinyatakan oleh Majlis dalam surat pelantikannya dan adalah layak untuk dilantik semula.
(5) Majlis boleh, pada bila-bila masa, membatalkan pelantikan mana-mana anggota sesuatu jawatankuasa yang bukan anggota Majlis.
(6) Seseorang anggota jawatankuasa yang bukan anggota Majlis boleh, pada bila-bila masa, meletakkan jawatan dengan memberikan notis secara bertulis kepada pengerusi jawatankuasa.
(7) Majlis boleh, pada bila-bila masa, memberhentikan atau menukar keanggotaan sesuatu jawatankuasa.
