Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 s 11
(1) Every member present at a meeting of the Council shall have one vote. (2) If on any question to be determined by the Council there is equality of votes, the Chairman or, in his absence, the alternate Chairman, shall have a casting vote in addition to his deliberative vote. (3) All matters to be decided by the Council shall be decided by a majority of votes.
Pengundian
(1) Tiap-tiap anggota yang menghadiri mesyuarat Majlis hendaklah mempunyai satu undi. (2) Jika mengenai apa-apa soalan yang akan ditentukan oleh Majlis terdapat persamaan undi, Pengerusi atau, jika beliau tidak hadir, Pengerusi silih ganti, hendaklah mempunyai undi pemutus sebagai tambahan kepada undi biasanya. (3) Segala perkara yang hendak diputuskan oleh Majlis hendaklah diputuskan dengan undi majoriti.
