s 28 Re-registration
(1) A registered practitioner whose registration has been revoked may after the expiry of thirty-six months or such other time as may be specified in the grounds and decisions for revocation made under section 27, apply to the Council to be re-registered.
(2) The Council may re-register the person under subsection (1) if he is satisfied that the reasons or grounds for the revocation of registration made under section 27 are unlikely to recur or that the person has now satisfied the registration requirements.
(3) Upon such re-registration, any stop order made under section 51 shall be revoked, and such revocation and the effective date of such revocation shall be recorded in a register.

Pendaftaran semula
(1) Pengamal berdaftar yang pendaftarannya dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 27 boleh memohon kepada Majlis untuk didaftarkan semula selepas luputnya tiga puluh enam bulan atau apa-apa tempoh lain yang dinyatakan dalam alasan dan keputusan pembatalan itu.
(2) Majlis boleh mendaftarkan semula orang di bawah subseksyen (1) jika Majlis berpuas hati bahawa alasan atau keputusan pembatalan pendaftaran yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 27 tidak mungkin berulang atau orang itu kini memenuhi keperluan pendaftaran.
(3) Apabila didaftarkan semula, apa-apa perintah berhenti yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 51 hendaklah dibatalkan, dan pembatalan itu dan tarikh kuat kuasa pembatalan itu hendaklah direkodkan dalam daftar.
